The thesis is dedicated to carry research on fuel secondary atomization which is the droplet deformation and breakup studies under gaseous flow.
The validation of experimental literature is carried using Direct Numerical Simulations (DNS) resulting the droplet transient characteristics such as deformation, breakup time and the droplet velocity.
Successful validation is performed and the same will be used to carry out parametric studies related to the droplet secondary atomization process.
Further updates will be provided time to time on this page.
